Do not defrost!
Put the frozen empanadas on baking paper.
Optional: paint the empanadas with beaten egg, some milk or cream, to achieve a golden brown color.
Now bake the frozen empanadas at approximately 180°C for approximately 15-20 minutes.
TIP: Ovens vary so keep an eye on them (specially cheesy ones) after 10min.
You may want to remove baking sheet from oven, allow to cool for 5min, and then continue baking.
Bake them in an airfryer about 12 minutes at 190°C of fry in oil 180°C about 4 minutes.
Note: the cocktail ones will take a little less time to bake!
Beware, the empanadas are hot inside: let them cool down!
Baked empanadas can be warmed up for 5 to 10 minutes at 140°C.
